Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-05-26

By using Navisca, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

01 · What Navisca is

The service

Navisca is a weekly digest and dashboard of the creative tech job market - VFX, game art, motion design, tech art, arch viz. We aggregate publicly available job postings from studio career pages, public APIs, and job boards, then organize and analyze them.

The service is delivered as a website (navisca.com) with optional email digests. Deeper analytics, salary intelligence, AI impact tracking, and personalized alerts are available to registered users.

02 · Accounts

Sign-in

You can browse most of Navisca without creating an account. To access the personal Dashboard, the weekly digest (email), or any feature tied to your profile, you create an account tied to your email address. We use magic-link sign-in by default - no password required. You're responsible for keeping the email account itself secure.

03 · Acceptable use

What you agree not to do

04 · Intellectual property

What's ours, what's yours

Navisca's aggregations, analyses, written insights, visualizations, and overall service are © Navisca. The underlying job postings remain the property of the studios that posted them. We license you a non-transferable right to view and personally use Navisca's content while you have an active account.

You retain ownership of any preferences, watchlists, and personal data you provide. We do not claim ownership over your input.

05 · Service availability

Best-effort delivery

Navisca is delivered on a best-effort basis. We aim for weekly publication but cannot guarantee specific uptime or availability of any individual data source. Studios may change their public posting formats, take career pages offline, or block scraping - when this happens, the affected source may be temporarily missing from the dataset.

We may change features or these terms over time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.

06 · Data accuracy

What the numbers mean

Navisca aggregates public data with reasonable care, but we don't guarantee accuracy of every individual data point. Salary figures are normalized to USD from sometimes-imprecise source text. Trend analysis is statistical and depends on sample size. Treat Navisca as one input to your decisions, not the sole source of truth.

Statistical claims (e.g. "demand for Houdini grew 8%") are subject to our statistical significance threshold - we hide noisy claims based on small samples.

07 · Disclaimer of warranties

"As is"

Navisca is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific job-search outcome. Your career decisions are yours alone.

08 · Limitation of liability

Cap on damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navisca's total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at USD 100 (one hundred United States dollars). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09 · Termination

Stopping the service

You can stop using Navisca at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We will give reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.

10 · Privacy

Your data

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data. By using Navisca, you also accept the privacy policy.

11 · Governing law

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if not resolvable, through the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. For EU users, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
