Real disclosed pay for creative-tech roles. We only show a range where 5 or more postings stated a salary - everything below that bar is hidden, never guessed. Numbers are USD, the midpoint of each posting's stated range; we report the median and the 25th-75th percentile band. A guide, not a guarantee - it reflects what employers chose to disclose, which skews by region and company.
blue band = the 25th-75th percentile of disclosed pay (the middle half)
green marker = the median (typical pay)
$the big green figure is the median; "N disclosed" is how many postings it's based on
Pay is shown per country, never blended across markets (one number mixing US ~$150k and Japan ~$23k is nobody's salary). By default each role shows its top market (the country label sits under the median); pick a country under Show market to pin every role to that market, or Exclude markets to drop them - each role then falls back to its next market and a role left with no market drops out; a sort reorders. Open a card for the all-countries seniority ladder and the full per-country breakdown. Bars share one scale across roles, so cards are visually comparable.

A frozen weekly snapshot of pay by broad discipline (Games, VFX, Tech Art...), seniority and country. Bars share one scale across cells, so they're directly comparable. Sort by median pay or read it grouped by discipline, seniority or country. Each of the Discipline / Country / Seniority menus has two groups: Show only (keep) and Exclude (hide). A value can sit in only one group at a time - pick it in one and it disappears from the other. A cell stays visible when, for every filter, it matches a "Show only" chip (if any are set there) and isn't hit by an "Exclude" chip. Honest n≥5 only - cells below that bar are left out, never guessed. This is the forward-looking view: it grows wider and deeper as more postings disclose pay each week.
